Start Of The Day.
• Sales team of PTCL satellite town starts its working day at 9.30 am all
team members gather at 9.30 and then they leave to market at
10:00am, before leaving for Door to Door activity (DDS), team sets a
meeting with assistant manager on daily basis to get instructions
related to targeted Area visits, then after team leave to market for DDS
activity.
• During DDS activity Team ask from existing and potential customers
about their new requirements related to PTCL services and team also
suggest and explain to potential customers about benefits of PTCL
Flash Fibre service.
Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).

• Assistant manager decides permanent journey plan for the team on


monthly basis.
• He instruct team to visit Distribution points(DP) to check new
connection availability and report it back . Areas where huge new
connection availability found in Distribution points Assistant manager
consider these areas as focus areas and then he divides target areas for
DDS activity accordingly then assistant manager Instructs sales team
to increase door to door activity in areas where there is huge new
connection availability found in distribution points so that customer
base could increase.
Follow Up On All Pending Orders.
• Assistant manager check order status of the pending orders to check
all orders delays and ensure that order delay should not be from our
side. If order delay comes from customers side then he instruct FSA to
approach to that customer to know how about the insight that what's
the issue why customer not paying.
Daily Door to Door Activity (DDs)

• PTCL sales representatives on daily basis get exposed to up to 100 to


120 potential customers. Out of which they get 5 to 6 new connection
orders.
Retail Visits To Check Charji Availability.
• Sales representatives team visits retail stores once a week to check
PTCL charji Product availability and product assortment style, team
ensures that our products are available and assorted in such manner so
that customer could get exposed to our Charji product.
Follow Up With Business Operation Team.

• Business operation team process the order follow ups Orders which
Field sales associate (FSA) brings, business operation team Check
order feasibility, if order is feasible to process then business operation
team gives thumbs up to Fulfil Remaining customer requirements and
process the order Then at the end Line man process the order further.
Closing Of The Day.
• At the end of the day around in-between 4:00 pm to 5:00pm team
return back to PTCL exchange and communicate whole day activity to
assistant manager, activities including customer experiences, new
orders and new requirements of the customers, so that’s how team
closes its working day.
