• Crusaders is a venture that will not only benefit one class of society but all the three
classes of society; top, middle and lower class.

• Through this venture we want to make available power banks to all the people
visiting the malls/hospitals.

• Often people do not carry their chargers or power bank to places like malls and
hospitals and therefore we want to make this facility available to as many people as
possible.

• With this venture, we are trying to build a power station for power banks whose
source power and charging ability will only be available to the station in which 100s of
power banks will be held and each station will be put to a specific mall for eg: if talking
about DB mall, bhopal, then the station will be build in that mall.
POSITIONING STATEMENT

CRUSADERS is a venture that wants to give a chance to people to


charge their devices without hustling up our jostling here and there
so that they can have convenience of charging their devices at a low
cost of Rs. 5/Unit.
TEAM COMMITMENT
• CEO: Our strategy formulator i.e. Kaireen Shaida uses financial and operation as strength
which helps in building great strategies. As she can use her knowledge in identifying how
much to invest & where to invest.
• COO: Priyansh Pratap being operation executive uses his marketing & managerial skills in
managing smooth execution of all operations and increasing sales.
• CMO: Veer Jain with his great connections and leadership, selling skills will take lead in
getting availability of all resources.
• Operations Head: At last but not the least our field work executor Shreya Jaiswal with her
great communication & managerial skills will be responsible for executing all activities of
field as it will require great communication skills.

Priyansh Pratap & Kaireen Shaida being most active members of group are really
interested in taking venture to another level and working on it as their career
opportunity. While working as a team Priyansh & Kaireen really work hard to make sure
that in every step ahead chances of success of startup increases.
