How to Avoid Code Red?
1. Require extraordinary care, training and
specialized equipment for this.
2. Avoid “home made and designed” equipment and
facilities.
3. Instructor should teach a student the proper
way to handle the risk.
4. Give attention to the mental and psychological
readiness of participant.
5. Warning should be clearly and repeat in high
risk situation.
If all of these are
done,
then the case is
definitely closed.
