using G.S.R.T.C.
The aim is also to reveal the administrative problems.

To throw some lights on the performance of G.S.R.T.C.

The buses get punctured in between route

RECOMMENDATIONS
• We recommend some solutions to the above problems:
G.S.R.T.C. should introduce new fuel efficient buses
G.S.R.T.C. should introduce new innovative and attractive schemes
The schemes available as of 31st July, 2008 are as follows:
Booking, Reservation schemes
“Half pay, Full pass” scheme for one month
Student concession pass scheme
Special vacation tour scheme
Seasonal offer scheme
G.S.R.T.C. should make effective administration and management of buses
The benefit of specialization and division of work can also be taken
The complaints of passengers should be analyzed carefully and respond it instantly
G.S.R.T.C. should establish fruitful, healthy and better relationships with passengers by
giving better services.
G.S.R.T.C. should make effective route guide model
Proper implementation of their rules and regulations and follow it very strictly
The pick-up stands should be clearly and fairly placed and be kept neat and clean by
G.S.R.T.C.
G.S.R.T.C. should allow passengers to take part in management
