WEAKNESS

 Pathao's allegiance to the drivers is likely to be quite minimal.

 Not all localities of Bangladesh have expanded their services to Pathao.
 Bikers sometimes don't know the Google map usage.
 Bikers from Pathao don't use branding and buyers find it hard to trace.
 There are very high operating car costs. But not so many drivers earn.
OPPORTUNITY

 By expanding its company to places in which Pathao has not yet.

 Pathao can also hire incorporate women freelancers or bicyclists and so entice women to
its staff.
 An increase of Pathao drivers will lower the estimated arrival time.
 Services can be given, such as transport to the hospital for older people, the transfer of
children to school and the transport of pets to the vet.
THREATS

 Poor advertising
 This can prevent the new drivers from joining Pathao in turn.
 Local authorities' problems may result in fines. It'll have a poor PR as well.
 Increased competition will eventually reduce prices.
 Fraud and scandals are also on the increase as new markets and drivers join. The brand is
detrimental.
