CRITICAL REFLECTION

 Toyota's engine manufacturing faces growing

problems with the supply of seats.
 Kentucky Framed Seat is a single seat provider for
TMM.
 KFS is responsible for material defects and missing
parts as the main defects found.
 These problems occur more and more with an
increase in varieties and demand for seats.
 Deviation of the company from its normal production
plan and lack of a recovery system.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 Toyota Motor Corporation better
known as Toyota.
 Japanese car manufacturing
Company.
 Founded in 1933 by Kiichiro
Toyoda.
 It has factories and headquarters in
several countries.
CONCLUSIONS
 It must be said that during this case of
Toyota motor manufacturing there were
many failures for the production, and to
make matters worse, there was no
implementation of tps through which the
products could be ensured.
 Defective items were not repaired on the
assembly line, but were postponed and
that caused many problems in the
company in this case it was necessary to
carry out a design review.
 Applying the Heijunka system can be
avoided given the wide variety.
