Introduction
Background
o Happiness is always a main concern for human.

o Mindfulness is one of the factors affect happiness (Killingsworth &


Gilbert, 2010).
Background
o Mindfulness is a moment-to-moment awareness of one’s
experience without judgment (Davis & Hayes, 2011).
o Various aspects of Mindfulness (Brown & Ryan, 2003; Baer et al., 2006):
• Attention
• Awareness
• Describing
• Non-judging and etc.
Objective
o To examine the relationship between mindfulness and happiness
among students in UTAR Kampar campus.
o To investigate the relationship between mindfulness and academic
performance among students in UTAR Kampar campus.
Methodology
