Branch Head
Reports To: Regional Operations Manager
Roles:
1. Own all branch-banking objectives and overall Bank branch supervision
2. Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales
3. Review Branch Operations reports
4. Lead a result oriented team
Problem
The employees of the Operations department of the bank are not
motivated to work. This is causing inefficiency and affecting
profitability of the bank.
PURPOSE
To provide Leadership and management skills to Branch Heads to
enable their team or their co-workers to deliver their optimum
performance and to achieve maximum profit.
OBJECTIVE
To provide training to Branch Head on ‘Leadership & Team Management’ to
help make workers of Operation department more efficient.
Expected Outcome
1. Improve performance and productivity of the departments
2. Completion of work within the stipulated time
