 M Y PER SONAL PR ESENTATION

My name is Maura Ramírez, I am 28 years old, I

got married at 27, I have two children and a pet.
I am a very kind person. However, I had a period
of my live in which I was a little asocial. A long
time ago, when I was 16 years old, I left my home
town for the city of Manizales. There, I studied
and worked. I also met many friends and went
camping a lot. In that city I met the person who is
now my husband. After a year of dating, I got
pregnant and went to live together. After living in
Manizales for 7 years, due to my husband's work,
we came to live in Pitalito. When we were here in
the town, my second daughter was born three
years ago. Currently I am studying and working
to form the best home I can. But I must confess
that it has not been easy and that I am doing my

 I am a business administrator, with extensive experience
overseeing the performance and progress ​of companies.
I am an expert in marketing and financial management. I
increased profits by 35% in 4 years by controlling costs
through targeted idea programs for employees at all
business levels and strategic product development. I
created a sales training program that resulted in a $2.4
million increase in annual revenue in 2 years.
I graduated from the Social Promotion Educational
Institution as a commercial technical high school
graduate and acquired my professional degree at the
Surcolombiana University. I achieved technical skills
such as: financial management, marketing, sales,
business strategy, coaching and soft skills such as:
Studies Performed leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, time
management.
I am currently studying a new course in financial
analysis and I dedicate myself to sports, to nourish my
body and relax my mind.

MAURICIO
Mauricio Moore Velásquez MOORE
from Medellin Colombia, has changed prevailing
paradigms in Ultimate Frisbee. He has coached Team Colombia for more
than 12 years in different sports and categories. He is a musician, composer,
saxophonist and singer. Moore is a national and International point of
reference in Ultimate Frisbee as the co founder of Revolution Ultimate Club -
10-year consecutive national champion in Colombia and current Sub
champion at Club Worlds, 2018. He is also an Ultimate player himself.

His vision, determination and character has lead him to create his own reality
in which he teaches his players not only how to play amazing Ultimate, but
most importantly, about life. He has studied and applied different training
models with Revolution and through trail and error, came to the conclusion
that none of these models took the team to their optimal level. This is where
he came across Chancing: The Eleven steps of Magic and adapted it his
own Mental Strength Training Program called Mauriga.

He proves his success with the program beating USA in World Games 2017
with Team Colombia, winning US Open 2017 with Revolution and Winning
silver in WUCC 2018. Pedro

hall of the Surcolombiana University, on November 27 of this year. It will start at 6:00 pm. There will be
a serenade and a Spanish rock band for all the new students of the university. In order to participate in
the event, you must fill out the form at the end of the invitation, where you must choose if you will eat
rice with all meats or seafood casserole and if you will drink milkshake or soda. You must also make a
commitment to clean up the place at the end of the event.
