HOW ARE YOU GOING TO COLLECT DATA ?
• I want to work on bio geometry in architecture, so first i need study what is bio
geometry and how it works in architecture. Then I case study the building, which
design using bio geometry. Then I come out in conclusion and find the solution how
they using bio geometry.

DATA SOURCES :
• There is one architecture consultants firm founded by Dr. Sayed karim in the1930’s,
who is the main pioneer of modern architecture in the middle east and author of
several books on the culture behind the greatness of ancient egypt.

WHAT IS LITERATURE ?
• Whereas, a literature is a critical analysis of a particular piece of work. It is more of an
article or a research in itself, provided the work taken for review must be done good
justice. A person's understanding of a text may vary but the real content of that text
remains the same. That content must be analysed promptly. Supporting sources can
be used as well.

Chapter 2 Project Management Overview

• What is project ?
A project is defined as a sequence of tasks that must be completed to attain a certain
outcome. The term Project refers to ” to any temporary endeavour with a definite
beginning and end”. Depending on its complexity, it can be managed by a single person
or hundreds.

When you choose a project there are some characteristics to consider that :
• The project should be new and unique.
• Clarifying all the details of project like start date and end date.
• If you take old project then see the project is in a position to be complete.

The Process of Project Management :


Applying good project management discipline is the way to help reduce the risks.
Having good project management skills does not completely eliminate problems, risks,
or surprises. The value of good project management is that you have standard
processes in place to deal with all contingencies.
• In order to complete a project, you should consider four main points:
(i)Cost, (ii)Quality, (iii)Schedule, (iv)Scope

• You need to have management skill to do the project such as management,


knowledge, Interpersonal Skills and communication skill.
