The perfect diet.
This diet is very easy to follow
and the best lose weight because
we don’t exclude any kind of
nutrients. It’s based on eating a
single food high in calories a day,
this means that other foods will
be fat-free and low-calories. Food
will be boiled, cannot be raw,
must be at an edible cooking
point as this will be more
nutritious and it will keep us from
being dizzy.
A perfect dish
in this diet:
One quarter of the dish will
have a portion of legumes,
the other quarter will be
protein that can be vegetable
or animal and the leftover
half will have a salad with
the vegetables we want.
With this
diet its not
necessary to
fasting.
Moreover, we can always
eat a fruit of our choice…

If it’s still not time for some


food and in this way we will
never be hungry.
Therefore, it will make us lose weight
in a healthy way avoinding obesity.
