INTRODUCTION
• Most of the people in this world like to travel from one place to
another no matter whether it is small or large distance. Some people
like to travel by Train, Flight, Bus or by other means of transport.
This travel and tourism application is designed for the travel agency
in which there is an option of doing the railway or air ticket
reservation in order to reach the Intended destination. This will help
the customers to book the air tickets or the railway tickets through
this application of travel agency. Booking of tickets will be done with
a great ease and no difficulty. The user interface is simple and easy
to understand.
• Users can track the information related to their tours with great
ease through application. Travel agency information can also be
obtained through this application.
SCOPE AND FEASIBILITY
•Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Tourism booking ,Hotel
booking.
•It tracks all the information of new Packages of Tour. 
•Manage the information of customer. 
•Shows the Information and description of the old record. 
•To increase efficiency of managing the customer registration details. 
•Manage the information of booking Hotels.
•Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource
management of Tourism Management system data.

• HTML : Hypertext Markup Language is the standard markup language for creating
web pages and web applications. With Cascading Style Sheets and JavaScript it forms
a triad of cornerstone technologies for the World Wide Web.

• CSS : Cascading Style Sheets is a style sheet language used for describing the
presentation of a document written in a markup language.
BACK END TECHNOLOGY
OF PROJECT
•MY SQL : MySQL is an open source relational database management system (RDBMS). Its name is a combination of
"My", the name of co- founder Michael Widenius's daughter, and "SQL", the abbreviation for Structured Query Language.
The MySQL development project has made its source code available under the terms of the GNU General Public License,
as well as under a variety of proprietary agreements.

•XAMPP SERVER : Xampp Server refers to a software stack for the Microsoft Windows operating system, created by
Romain Bourdon and consisting of the Apache web server, OpenSSL for SSL support, MySQL database and PHP
programming language.

•PHP: PHP is a server-side scripting language designed for web development but also used as a general- purpose
programming language. Originally created by Rasmus Lerdorf in 1994, the PHP reference implementation is now produced
by The PHP Group.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 

The Tourism Management System (sparke24*7) project is developed

to make the trip easy for customers.
The Tourism Management System allows the user of the system to
access all the details such as location , events , etc. The main purpose
is to help tourism companies to manage customer , vehicles , agent
and hotels etc.
We have given the name (SPARKE24*7) as it is a unique name for
the project and 24*7 means it is available for 24 hours.
Different modules have been incorporated in this project to handle
different parts and sector of the tour management field.
PROJECT PLANNING
Project was planned by keeping Tourism in mind. The purpose of the document is to collect and analyze all
assorted ideas that have come up to define the system, its requirements with respect to customers. The main
purpose of this Tourism management is to develop a web based interface for client, through which one has
booked his or her journey.

The project functions will include the following areas:


Admin login into the application user name & password.

After successful login the main page appears.

The application is capable enough to store data and also perform some editing.It has user friendly GUI’s that will guide the user to
easily achieve the same.

This module provides a facility to the customer through which they can directly contact us.
 FUTURE SCOPE

Any tourist agency can make use of it for saving customer details in database.
Tourism group can use it for managing their locations , hotels , vehicles details.
This application can be implemented easily under various situations.
We can add new features as and when we required.
Reusability of this application is also possible.
 CONCLUSION

Tourism is currently recognised as a global industry which is highly growing at a high rate like
other industry . There are many different activities which occurred in tour activities. My “TOUR
MANAGEMENT” web based application helps in online distribution of tour packages, hotel,
hotel properties, transfer etc. This “TOUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” can be fully customized
with integration different API’S. It has friendly environment that connects customer willingly.
Finally we can say that this Web Based Application will help tour manager to control and handle
the tour related activities effectively and efficiently.
