Activities to deliver the Employee action plan/learning plan.

Some of the activities that is required to delivered the employee action plan / learning plan are as
follows.

• Weekly survey of the employee engagement.

• Employee participation in the learning plan.

• Implementation of the plan that is decided by the management.

• Preparing the topic of discussion in the next meeting.


Interventions and activities set out in “Change Management

Some of the interventions and activities set out in “Change management project plan” are as follows.

• Implementation of the plan in the given time frame.

• Allocation of resources in a right direction in the right department.

• Organizing the resources that is required in the plan or should always have alternate plan.

• Understanding the requirement of the project accordingly place the right skill at the right place.
Strategies for embedding the change.

Some of the strategies for embedding the changes are as follows.

• Create an objective for the organization.

• Explaining the vision to the employees.

• Always motivate employees by creating small wins.

• Remove operational or other difficulties in the implementation of the strategy.

Some of the changes in implementing the plan are as follows.

• Change in strategy.

• Change in decision making.

• Allocation of resources should be according the plan or always have backup plan.

• Experienced as well as fresher should be hired when there is need of resources in


implementing or make any changes in the plan.
