Management
• Strategic Change Management is considered as the process of
managing the change in a structured and thoughtful way in order to
meet the organizational goals, missions and objectives
• Therefore, change management and their related processes should
present many challenges of managerial and consequently, they
requires to have a systematic , structured and integrated approach.
• It provides a structured approach for making changes in a planned
and systematic fashion to effectively implement the new methods
and processes in an ongoing organization.

There are plethora of forces which require strategic


changes in the organization are as follows:
• Economical Change: Changes in technology
• Technological Changes: Structured focused change
• Government Change: Inadequate administration

• Political Change: Changes in skill and knowledge.

organisations strategic planning to decrease the employee turnover
to the industry’s best levels in the upcoming five years.
Technology, which includes no manual is there, up gradation of the
technology is needed. Structure, which includes a greater number of
supervisor and flat structure.

There are various ways of creating necessary sense of urgency are
as follows:
