3rd To 8th Typical Floor, Each Floor Apartments = 24 (3 Bed Apt. = 8, 2 Bed Apt. = 12 and 1 Bed Apt. = 4 )
For Plumbing:
All Plumbing Fixtures (showers/ muslim showers, toilet fittings (WC), washbasin accessories, tee stop cocks, bottle
traps etc.) Automatic Water Level Controller, All Water Pumps (booster pumps, centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps,
chlorine injection pumps etc.).
Source of water for whole Project: Tube well in basement 3 = 2 No’s. , city water supply
system and through water tankers.
Water storage: Underground water tanks in basement 3 = 2 No’s. (Capacity 90,000 UK Gallon &
87,750 UK Gallons respectively), overhead water tank in pent house = 2 No’s.
2 pump sets (1 duty + 1 stand by) transfers from underground water tank to overhead water tank in Pent
House 01 through 2 separate pipe lines.
There is total 4 booster pump sets (1+1) which supplies the cold water to 8 th floor, 9th floor, Pent House 01
and Pent House 02 to all apartments, Bath Rooms, Showers, Kitchens, Electrical water heaters and Laundry
(Washing machine).

Cold water supply to All Other floors Apartments by gravity form overhead water
tank.
Each Service Area has Access Panel at Ceiling Level for the future maintenance.
Every Flat has Individual Gate Valve for Main Incoming Line at Corridors.
Every Toilet / Kitchen has Individual Gate Valve for maintenance works.
P.P.R. Pipes has been used for Internal Water Supply System & P.E. Pipes shall be
used for External Network.
• Hot Water Supply System: 10
Hot water supply to all apartments bath rooms from independent electrical water
heaters
Electrical water heaters specifications:
3-Types
EWH-01 = 10 LITRE = 85 QTY
EWH-15 = 15 LITRE = 492 QTY
EWH-01 = 100 LITRE = 06 (for basement 2 & G.F)
• Soil, Waste And Vent Piping System: 11
Every Service Area have individual Riser Shaft for the Soil, Waste & Vent Pipe.
Soil Stack Line shall move straight to the External Manholes from Basement Level 01 H/L.
Waste Stack Line shall move into Grey Water Tank at Basement Level 03 and after Treatment, same
resource shall be used for Irrigation.
In case of Excessive Waste Stack or Overflow; Waste shall move directly to External Manhole
(controlled by BMS, Building Management System).

Submersible Pump Set = 5 No’s. for the Rain Water at Basement Level 03.
Submersible Pump Set = 2 No’s. for the Pump Rooms at Basement Level 03
Rain Water (only Shaft No. 28) is collected into Rainwater tank, after treatment, it will be used for
Irrigation. (Controlled by BMS). Other Rain Water Outlets (Scupper Drain) sourcing outside, have Free
Discharge to G.F external area.
uPVC Pipes has been used for Soil, Waste, Vent & Rain Water Drainage System & PVC Class E Pipes for
External Drainage System.
• Gas Supply System: 13
Main Gas Network is in Basement Level 01 H/L and shall be raised up to all floors.
Medium Quality Galvanized Iron Pipe shall be used for Gas System.
• Irrigation System: 14
Irrigation Pump Set of 2 No’s shall be used for transferring treated rain water & waste water for
Irrigation of External Area.
• Fire Fighting System: 15
Fire Extinguishers
Each building have one overhead water tank and 2 pumps VFD Control in the
pent house floor.
Basement Level 01, 02 & 03 is divided into 5 Zones providing ZCV’s (Zone
Control Valve).
Basement Level 01, 02 & 03 is fully covered with Upright Type Sprinklers.

Each Apartment consists of separate Gate Valve for Fire Line & Access Panel at entrance.
Pent house level 1 & 2 (all Bed Rooms covered with Side Wall type Fire Sprinkler).
Dry Type & CO2 Type Fire Extinguishers shall be placed in Corridor’s Area.
Auto Dry Powder Ceiling Mounted Fire Extinguisher shall be placed in Electrical Rooms.
Pendant Type Sprinklers shall be used in Flat’s Entrance Lobby & Passage Way.
3 Bed Apt type A = 3 pendant type, 6 wall mounted type sprinklers, 1 Fire Ext. type K
3 Bed Apt type B = 4 pendant type, 1 Fire Ext. Type K, 5 wall mounted sprinkler
2 Bed Apt type C = 3 pendant type only.
2 Bed Apt type D = 2 pendant type, 4 wall mounted type sprinkler, 1 Fire Ext. type K
2 Bed Apt type E = 3 wall mounted, 1 Fire Ext. type K.
1 Bed Apt. type F = 3 wall mounted sprinklers

type) + 19 (5 CO2 type, 5 Dry Chemical type, 8 K type, 1 Dry chemical ceiling
mounted type)
Fire Test Drain Line for complete system is connected to Basement Level 03
Underground Water Tank.
Each building have 1 dry riser landing valve cabinet with canvas hose pipe in stair
case area.
Black Steel Seamless Fire Pipes is being used (Schedule 40, ASTM A53).
• Testing And Commissioning: 22
All Plumbing Pumps (Centrifugal Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Booster Pumps, chlorine injector
pumps etc.)
Fire Sprinklers (Dry chemical type, CO2 type, Dry Chemical type, K type, Dry chemical ceiling
mounted type), Breeching inlets, Gas Cocks.
