3. SUPPORTING ARGUMENTS: You will need two. Just mentioned, not
developed

Finally you need to work on the outline sentence. This sentence “invites” the
writer to continue reading the text.
A common way is to say: “In this text, I want to…”
Variations to this sentence are all valid.
TASK. WRITING YOUR FIRST ARGUMENT

Go back over the first reason to support your thesis which you mentioned in the
introduction
Brainstorm ideas that could expand your text
Think about one or two external sources that can make your paragraph stronger
Follow the structure for paragraph writing: TOPIC SENTENCE, SUPPORTING
IDEAS, EXPANSION OF THE IDEAS, CLOSING OR TRANSITION
