OBJECTIVES
 To eradicate poverty in communities by promoting usage of sustainable agricultural technologies that will

ensure improved food security and reduction of food aid dependency.

 To empower Women , youths, People with disability and marginalized Communities by organizing

Conferences that help in airing of grievances ,Sharing of information and finding solutions to problems so

as to motivate more participation and contribution for the country's development.

 To develop vocational education system that will vocational training institutes that will empower women

and youths for professional growth, career improvement, technical and professional education,

knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship , self-employment and lateral entry into courses of general.

 To promote good governance and gender equitability with special focus on women/girls empowerment

and eliminations of all forms of violence against women including FGM, rape, domestic violence, etc

 To actively advocate for youth issues in development, human rights and political movements and promote

a positive image of Kenya through forging links of cooperation and partnership with The Government,

County governments, NGO’S ,CBO’S , Youth Groups and network of likeminded organizations .
PROGRAMS
1) INFINITY.
 Infinity is a Volunteer center that is created to reflect the needs of the community.
 It is widely known that well equipped, well-trained and well-supported volunteers make strong, vibrant
communities.
 There is a need and an opportunity to improve the understanding and importance of volunteerism in building
social capital and improving the quality of life in our community
 Not-for-profit and charitable organizations face growing organizational challenges with a strong need for
leadership and capacity building to navigate today's challenges, improve their strength and continue to
serve their communities. With a focus on building leadership, Infinity can target areas in which to work
with organizations engaging volunteers.
 The Volunteer center will exist primarily to foster and develop volunteerism in the community as a
whole. Engagement will be in four general kinds of services and activities:
• Promoting volunteerism and raising awareness of the power of service
• Building capacity for effective local volunteering through management consulting on volunteer
programs and training of volunteers and managers of volunteer resources
• Providing leadership and advocacy on issues relating to volunteerism and volunteer programs
• Connecting people with opportunities to serve through recruitment and referral of volunteers to
community organizations.
SERVICES
 The volunteer centre would provide a variety of services to volunteers and not-for-profit agencies alike and be versatile enough to

grow and change with the needs of the community. Potential services would include

 A program that is committed to give space and time to


discuss real issues that are affecting Women, Youths,
Peoples with disabilities and Marginalized members of
the society to have the powers to live the way they
desire using their minds to have peaceful souls.

A) CONFERENCES

To empower Women , youths, People with disability and marginalized Communities The space organizes

Conferences that help in airing of grievances ,Sharing of information and finding solutions to problems so as to

motivate more participation and contribution for the country's development.


Issues that are pertinent that affect all members of the society are discussed with the sole intention of finding

solutions to all the issues on the table.


A Database that shows all the information that is required from all the attendees is used.

Each conference should always have new attendees so as to have as many people who can attend as possible

and to increase the scope of Reach.


The Conferences are done either as a national Conference or a County conference .
The National conference – Participants are invited from all over the country.
The Regional Conference – Participants are invited From a specific Region. (Nairobi, RiftyValley, Eastern, Coast,

Western, Nyanza and North Eastern)


 Each and every attendee is to disseminate all the solutions to his/her

peers.

 All solutions will be delivered to the Government as a petition so as to

make implementation Done.

 Except the conference of women all other conferences participants

must be of 50% Male and 50 % Women.

 The conferences are categorized into 4 types,

I. Conferences for Marginalized Communities.

II. Conferences For Women.

III. Conferences For Youths .

IV. Conferences For People with Disabilities

B) ANIMATION
 The space will create animations for the purposes of educating

 The Animation will be of a narration type where a narrator
narrates on a particular subject and the animations will
explain what is being narrated in a dramatic way.
 The Maximum an animation video covers will be 5 minutes
and the minimum 30 seconds.
 The videos will be shared on all social media avenues.

 Each Conference will have a small animation


presentations of what the conference is about.
C) AWARDS
 The space tends to award the remarkable people who have tried to make our community a better place.
 The process of one to be give is as follow,
a) The Public will nominate people who they think deserve the awards.
b) The Space will have a Committee that will look into the whole nominees.
c) In each Category a winner will be chosen.
d) The prices will be decided by the Committee.
e) The space will also have it own nominees from the volunteers who are associated with Foundation.

2) VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE.
 The program set to develop vocational training institutes that will empower women and youths for professional

growth, career improvement, technical and professional education, knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship ,

self-employment and lateral entry into courses of general.

 Unemployment is one of the most pressing social and economic problems that less developed countries face today.

Yet little is known about how best to smooth the school-to-work transition or to boost human capital for those not

on the academic schooling track. Vocational education is one promising avenue for addressing the problem.

 The institutes will be Created in 8 regions around the country with intention of creating in each of the 47 counties.

 The institutes will have mentors. We will connect the trainees with mentors of their specific field. The connection

type will be on 1:1 or Group basis.

 Apart from the market the institute will have found , Having Mentors will help also in market research.

 It is an open application .

 The institute will partner with Ngo’s , The Government, County Governments and Like minded organizations to

have as many people as possible to join the institution by providing scholarships.
