    Different Kinds of Business
    a. single or sole proprietorship

    It is a form of business which is owned and operated by a single individual . Usually it has a
    small amount of capital.
    b. Partnership
     It is a form of business which is owned and operated by two or more people who
    call themselves as partners. The partners agree to contribute money, properties or
    industries to put up the business.
    . Corporation
     It is form of business which has five owners (known as stock holders) the owner
    have no part in the management of the business. Their shares are called capital
    stock.
    Cooperative
     It is a member-owned business type with at least five members all of whom have
    an equal voting rights regardless of the level of their involvement or investment.
    All members are expected to help run the cooperative.
