Ingredients/Tools Needed
✔ The quality and safety of home-preserved foods is a large part on the
ingredients that are used. Selecting the highest quality of meat, fish or
fruits and vegetables at their peak of freshness is the first step. It is
important to know the characteristics of these in selecting foods to
preserve. It is important to follow preservation recipes using the
ingredients as written. Do not make changes to ingredient amounts or
ratios that affect acidity and texture, as these factors play an important
role in the safety of the process.
✔   Also, list all the tools needed in preserving your chosen food.
PARTS OF A PROJECT PLAN

Procedure
✔This is the part where you list all the instructions you must
follow in order to accomplish your projects.
✔This is usually written in step-by-step form.
✔In writing each number or step, make sure that you can
only write one action per step to minimize the chance of
conclusion.

✔ This serves as a guide for the person to know how the
final outcome of the product looks like.
✔ The output must be neat and should contain comments or
specifications as regards the selecting of foods to
preserve, expiration date and style.
