Five types of leader
decision-making
Autocratic (AI) ~ Leader chooses using
information available to her at the time.
Autocratic (AII) ~ Leader collects specific
information and then decides.
Consultative (CI) ~ Leader meets with people
one on one to gather information.
Consultative (CII) ~ Leader meets with the
group to gather feedback and input , and then
makes decision.
Group (G) ~ consensus decision for group.
