Radisson Blu Plaza is a luxury business hotel right next to


International
Airport
With in Delhi
an ideal location just five minutes from Indira Gandhi International
Airport (DEL) and 10 minutes from Cyber City, the Radisson Blu Plaza
Delhi Airport provides upscale accommodations and convenient city
access.

Recreational facilities include swimming pool, spa,


steam, sauna,
health club and Ayurveda facility

F&B areas include a multi cuisine restaurant and

HOUSEKEEPING
The house keeping is one of the four operational departments.
A major share of hotel revenue is earned for the hotel from the
sale of the room.
Though the first priority
of this department is cleanliness of rooms, they are also
responsible for the general maintenance of the hotel, cleanliness
of public areas and flower arrangements etc.
THE OBJECTIVES -
1. To provide clean, comfortable, attractive and safe
surrounding for guests and enrich their experience
through professional service.
2. To keep hotel Ambience Good and inviting for
guest.
3. To control expenses in order to assist in a
profitable operation
ROOM DIVISION
Total 261 rooms situated on 4 floors.
On the first floor there are 53 rooms.
On the second floor there are 72
rooms.
On the third floor there are 72 rooms.
On the fourth floor there are 66 rooms.

SERVICING OF DEPARTURE ROOM
Knock and enter the room.

All drawers and cupboards are checked for any lost and found of guest.

All dustbins are cleared of garbage.

Soiled linen to be removed.

Bed is made according to procedure for bed making.

Dusting of room is done.

Vacuum upholstery and carpet.

All glassware and Ashtrays have to be cleaned.

All guest amenities in room have to be replenished.

Bathroom is cleaned according to procedure.

Replenished amenities in the bathroom.

All maintenance work are noted and given to the Engineering department.

Inform room status to the Housekeeping control desk.
