WHAT IS TENSES?
TENSES is a concept that describes the time when a

statement occurs. Basically tenses can be divided into 3,
namely Present, Past & Future. But we will only discuss
2 tenses, namely Present and Past.

Elsa : Yes he is.
Rina : Unfortunately, long vacations only come once a year. ( Function simple present tense - Fact & \General Truth )
Elsa : Thats right but its okey. Oh yea, by the way. Are you going to visit bandung?
Rina : You're wrong, I often go to Bandung to visit my grandmother's house, (Function Simple Past Tense - events that
have become a habit in the past) this time I'm going to visit Borobudur temple in Yogyakarta.
Elsa : Wow, its very interesting. Unfortunately, I didn't go there. ( Simple past tense - Negative ).
Rina : Indeed, if your father is not busy where do you want to go on vacation? ( Function simple past tense - events that if
only could happen )
Elsa : Just like you, Yogyakarta.

Elsa : I hope so.
