Communication is the transfer of information
and ensures that messages reach the person to
whom they are sent that the receiver
understands and responds as the sender of

the nature of the receiver and the aims of

◦ It can be cheap and save on costs (e.g.
videoconferencing)
◦ It can be expensive in hardware requirements
◦ It can seem impersonal
