HOMERIC OR HEROIC CLASSICAL GREEK


1200-800 BCE. Greek legends 800-200 BCE. Gorgias, Aesop,
include Illiad and The Odyssey. Socrates, Plato, Aristotle,
Warrior princes, wandering sea Euripedes and Sophocles. It was
traders and fierce pirates. the Golden Age of Greece.

CLASSICAL ROMAN PATRISTIC


200 BCE-455 CE. Plautus, 70 CE- 455 CE. Early Christian
Terence, Ovid, Horace, writings appear such as Saint
Virgil, Marcus Aurelis, Augustine, Tertullian, Cyprian,
Lucretius, Cicero and Ambrose and Jerome.
