INTERNSHIP PRESENTATION

GREEN HILLS TRADE LINK
INTRODUCTION TO THE ORGANIZATION
Established in 1998, Green Hills Trade Link is one of the leading
supplement/spa equipment importer an supplier of Nepal. The
organization supplies varieties of Gym supplements, sauna pine wood,
steam generators, sauna heaters and so on. The organization was
established with the motive of providing sauna and steam bath equipment
in Nepal. Later the organization also started importing gym supplements
inside the country. The organization is divided into two parts: Spa and
sauna equipment and gym supplements. During my internship I was
more into the gym supplements during my internship period. It has fine
relations with globally renown brands such as ONS, Muscletech and so
on.
The main objective of the organization is to supply gym and sauna
equipment to hotels and gyms all over Nepal. Green Hills provide gym
supplements to major gyms in Kathmandu as well as outside valley.
Beside from Gym, the firm also provided supplements to some public
figures and individuals as a retailer. Along with Gym supplements, the
company provides Spa and Sauna equipment to the major hotels of
Nepal. Green Hills is responsible for spa and sauna system of more than
30% hotels in Kathmandu which is very good considering the
staggering number of companies in the business.

Mission
To extend their hands with hotels and resorts outside valley in the
coming year.

Being one of the oldest names in the field has definitely benefited the organization in its own
ways. The internship was a complete useful experience for me. The experience brought out my
strength and also areas I needed to make up. The primary objective of internship program was
to gather real life working experience and put their theoretical knowledge in practice. . The
intern was also able to learn basic marketing strategies that one needs to adopt while convincing
people. The intern learnt how to deal with different type of people and that not all people could
be dealt in same way. I learned to overcome my mistakes and hurdles because without
overcoming those hurdles and improvising on past mistake it would be very difficult to take
next step and not repeat the same. I feel that the internship opportunity has provided me not just
a platform to experience a real life working environment but also a platform to know oneself
better.
