• It deals with trading (buying and selling) of securities for both personal

• The stock broker company also has its branch in Biratnagar.

INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES
I was delegated to majorly involve in two departments:
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
This focused chiefly on helping the customers with their inquiries, decision making and building
strong customer relationship. For this, the activities involved were:
 Demat Account Opening
 Account Closing
 Handling Customers and Telephone Calls
 Filing and Documentation
 Settlement of Debit Instruction Slip
 Miscellaneous Tasks (know your customers form), renewal of account, etc.
2. TRADING DEPARTMENT
When I got the opportunity to work in the Trading Department I was
involved in the following things:
Helping customers watch the fluctuations in the prices of shares.
Selling and buying of shares that take place from 11 a.m to 3 p.m
The Servers are closed after 3 p.m
 INTERNSHIP ACHIEVEMENTS
• The 8 week long internship program was very productive to me, I learnt, experienced
and developed various important things in me.
• Much acquainted and knowledge about the economical and financial system of the
nation
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Team Work Skills
• Technical Skills
 CONCLUSION
• I got a very good opportunity to explore myself as well as the work
environment.
• My theoretical knowledge that I have just been reading in the books up till
now were put into practice in real life.
• I got chance to interact with different knowledgeable people and share
experiences with them.
• Overall, it was a great learning experience.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE COLLEGE

• College should help the students to develop a few practical skills before
they go to the real business.
• College should provide a proper orientation class about internship before
the students started their internship program.
• College should regularly consult and inquire with the organization to
know about the intern’s performance.
