We were the First one to introduce Intelligent Servo Pressing Solution to India,
before our introduction of Servo Press it was only 5 ton press & 1o ton press,

when ever used to introduce interference although machined component for its own
tolerance it comes to assembly, due to the geometrical error or due to various error
there can a difference in the forces in the depts.,

so Second generation pressing we have introduced with a Load cell & a Scale,
capturing the data of the different depts with different forces based on that we used to
segregate the component, too tight/ too loose & it used to reject, we have the
tolerance window for both Load vs Depth, further got improved into Servo Pressing,
 Intelligent Servo Pressing
 In the Servo Pressing the pressing it can be controlled at different depts at different
torque can be controlled, the requirement of forces are different,

 so in the same press we can do the full assembly of the part & it can also detect
wrong assembly & it is completely safe even without any safety light curtain it can
work, In between if the hand comes it is programmed to sense the muscle stiffness
it will come back even to an accuracy of 50 micron machine

 we have done it with Intelligent Servo Pressing.

 Levels Of Intelligence Implemented to
Overcome Pressing Defects
1st Level: Using Load cell + Linear scale: This measures Pressing
Force & Displacement.

2nd Level: Using Load cell + Linear scale with Signature

Analysis: This Measures pressing force, pressing distance, monitors
Load Vs distance and compares with upper and lower limits of the
graph and gives Ok / Not ok results.

3rd Level: Using Intelligent Servo Presses: This has got built in Load,
Displacement Monitoring system w.r.t time and signature analysis
feature.
