Governed the relationship between land


owners and tenant farmers by organizing
share- tenancy leasehold system. Provide the
security of tenure of tenants.

Abolition of share tenancy and the imposition of agricultural


leasehold system. It also provides for the eventual
expropriation and subdivision of big landed estate and their
resale at cost and on installment to landless tillers.

comprehensive agrarian law of 1988, as ammended, and appropriating funds.
