 Functionality Error
 A functionality error occurs when a piece of
software fails to behave in the way that it was
intended to. As an example, if the minimize
button on a piece of software instead closes the
program, you would identify this as a
functionality error.
 Missing Functionality
 missing functionality: search capabilities in the
box for linking business partners in outlook
Add-on.
 problem:
by using outlook add-on when someone
link business partner to activity, it’s impossible to
access quickly to the partners. like if a customer
has a lot of partners(300+), it’s take a very long
time to choose a partner in the list(people can
slide down and up the list).
 Missing Functionality
 solution:
SAP improve the outlook integration
functionality by adding search capabilities in the
box “Select a Partner” .
