Dilemmas
 Did we produce a definitive answer to the question? Of course not, but the
event itself and our preparations for it greatly enriched our understanding.
Our preparation including interviews with a number of young people and
charities, NGOs and social enterprises. Public World managing director
Brendan Martin also wrote an article on the subject for The Guardian
newspaper and website, which you can find here
 Those activities, but especially the workshop itself, helped us to develop a
better informed policy about our own practice. It also guided our plans for a
consultancy offering to social enterprises, charities and NGOs interested in
ensuring that their internship policies and practices comply with their general
ethical commitments.
