PRESENTER PHIL-IRI(PHILIPPINE INFORMAL READING INVENTORY is an initiative of Bureau of Learning Delivery, Dep Ed that directly addresses its thrust to make every Filipino child a reader. PROBLEM: The action plan is intended for those students struggling in reading. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY: A Whole year remedial reading program intended to make the struggling readers be proficient readers, PROCESS OF THE STUDY: The action plan is conducted at ESPERANZA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL of Region X Division of Lanao del Norte,Bacolod District. The action plan is divided into 3 phases: Phase I: Pre-Implementation Phase II: Implementation Proper Phase III: Post-Implementation
