1.COOLING TOWER MAIN BRECKER CONDITION CHECKING

Check the main breaker condition checking

Input voltage &out put voltage 440v arrival
checking by multimeter
Check the main breaker trip condition
checking
 cable terminal tight checked avoid to main
breaker trip.

ACTION RECOMMENDITION:
Check the main breker input voltage
arrival mean out voltage not arrival mean
breaker failure,replaced new breaker.

 Check the main motor working

condition checking
 Main motor cable mounting
condition checking
 Main motor wadding condition
checked

ACTION RECOMMENDITION:
 Main motor power supply
checking
 If any power supply not arrival
mean star delta condition
 Main motor cable mounting not
proper mean spark weiding
failure possible
 So avoid the cable mounting
failure ring leg used fully tight
checked

3.FAN MOTOR WORKING CONDITION CHECKING
 Check the Fan motor working
condition checking
 Fan motor cable mounting
condition checking
 Fan motor bearing checking

ACTION RECOMMENDITION:
 Fan motor power supply cheking
 If any power supply not arrival
mean star delta condition
 Fan motor cable mouting not
proper mean spark weiding
failure possiable
 So avoid the cable mounting
failure ring leg used fully tight
checked
 Fan motor bearing more noise
fan motor over load weiding
failure possiable
 So avoid the bearing change

4.STAR DELTA CONNECTION CHECKING

Check the star delta condition checked

Income voltage &contrator coil supply
checking by multimeter

ACTION RECOMMENDITION:
Check the star contrator input&out put
voltage checking out put voltage 440v not
arrival contrator failure possiable
Coil supply checking 230v not arrival mean
Contrator not closed so coil failure newly
replaced

5.WATER PRESSURE GUAGE LEAVEL CHECKING

Check the water leavel pressure

guauge working condition checked

ACTION RECOMMENDITION:
Water pressure guage
problem mean not water pressure reading
Water motor problem easy identidification
water leavel low mean pressure guage not
working

6.VALVE SIDE WATER LEAKAGE CHECKING

Check the valve open & close

condition checked
Pump side water leakage
condition checked

ACTION RECOMMENDITION:
Check the valve open& closed
problem reast &any damage
available time newly changed

Pump side water leakage mean

packing damage newly replaced
