changes in thinking, products, processes, or
organizations.

The thing is our company is new and innovating products
from the first so basically we the owners have lot of
strengths to fulfill our goals & also weaknesses in
promoting the product because of lack money but its not
need any advertisement but people will know it with
honkers & talking advertising. So lots of opportunity to
grow well as a bigger company & have a big profit in this
product because it will be popular to so many people of
any ages. There is other products like this which are
expensive so there will be more chance to capture all
types of people to this product. Some duplicate maker
company can follow us but there will be different
environment because of our unique making.

CURRENT MARKETING SITUATION

Sales- This product is going to be launched as a cheap useful


product so we are hoping it will capture a large market.

Costs- The massager came with a very low price tag worth 20
taka.

Profits- The costs of the product making is 14 taka with all raw
materials & taxes, so it can bring a huge profits if its run well in
market.

Industry Analysis- Our ‘Fainéant industry’ always makes cheap


and innovative product for people so it is well known for
customer demands product,

CURRENT MARKETING SITUATION

Customer Analysis- As we can see this massager works


very well so it is easy to capture all types of customer to
buy it because its cheap & own useable, & works fast as u
need.

Competitive situation analysis- lots of expensive hair


massager is in market so our product is cheaper than all &
giving the best result very fast.

Channel & Environment- It can be launched anywhere &


grocery shop, honkers, markets etc everywhere it will be
available that customer can buy it easily when they need.

We are five owners of OYSTER creation company, each


have 20% ownership & share, so the profit or loss will be
shared equal. we are packaging our product with nice rapped
box with our company name & we are sure to fulfill our purpose
or goals with this & other innovative products. Our financial goals
are to capture all customer because everyone needs it when
they feel headache or pressure & we can earn more & more
because millions of massager will be used when the customer
will feel how affective it is. so basically we started this company
with the thinking of reaching millions of hand. So our target market
is all types of people, places are all over the country & will export
foreign, will promote with billboards & honkers & conversation
that can reach people

Marketing Research & Action programs

The first month will be spent setting up the business. It is


unlikely that there will be much sales activity. In addition to
dealing with some legal and accounting issues, equipment will
need to be purchased, an office created, and an assembly
room/inventory room set up in the basement. Farhad will also
be developing a system for assembly (work flow processes)
within the first month. Mahbub will be working on having the
Website designed and set up. This will require a bit of time
spent with her Web designer to perfect the look and feel of the
site as well as to set up massager as an online e-commerce
merchant. Shohan plans to use 1st-At-The-Top.com Internet
and E-commerce Consulting, to design secure Website, and
assure strong search engine placement on the Internet.

Marketing Research & Action programs

Month two - three will begin to see some sales activity.


Massager recognizes that it will take a bit of time to really
ramp up the sales. Tonni & Rina will be doing a lot of
networking in an attempt to spread awareness about
massager's products and services. Because Shohan,Farhad,
Mahbub will be helping out with picking up some of the
materials, So we will not need an employee until near the end
of year one.

Controls

The purpose of the marketing plan is to provide the organization


with a long-term guide for growing the business. The plan will
also serve as a functional short-term document that enumerates
the activities that must take place. The following areas will be
monitored to gauge effectiveness:

# Marginal order fulfillment costs.


# Annual and monthly repeat business.
# The number of complaints or problems as a percentage of
overall sales.
