THEME
~Themes are design templates
that can be applied to have a
consistent look to the entire
presentation.
~You can select from the Design
Gallery, Color, Font, Effects
and Background Style
options.
1. On the Ribbon, click the
Design Tab and go to the
Themes Group.
2. Click the Themes drop-
down arrow to show the Theme
Design Gallery.
3. Click the Color drop-down
button to show the gallery of
colors.
4. Click the Effects drop-
down button to show the built-in
effects.
5. Click the Background Style
button to show the built-in style
options that you can select from.
SLIDE
OBJECTS
~All elements in MS PowerPoint
are called objects.
~ You can modify the size, color,
outline, texture and effects of
these objects.
~ You can add, move, insert,
delete, copy, rotate group or
combine an object with another

ADDING
SLIDES
1. Click the location on the Slides tab
where you want to add slides.
2. On the a Ribbon, click the Home tab
and click the New side button.
3. If you want to select from the Office
Theme layout options, click New slide
drop-down arrow.
4. You can also right click the
slide and on the context menu click
New Slide.
REMOVING
SLIDES
1. Click the slide that you want to
remove.
