• What is the model about? Describe the process


The delivery service model is to determine the operation of each part of the system. This process
will help us understand the outcome of each individual model, the Talent Acquisition, Talent
Activation, Talent development, Employee Referral and last the Employee Retention. Each
model or each group have a significant task to achieve each goal.

• How did you develop the model? Site sources if needed.


It is created by first finding some candidates for positions that demand a highly specific skill set,
then conducting a poll of each employee to get feedback on what the organization needs or how
to strengthen workgroup collaborations. It was followed by talent development, and now it is
concentrating on performance management. Employee referral is included in this model because
it is a recruitment/hiring method. This will also have a favorable impact on the hiring cycle,
shortening it and lowering hiring costs even further. Employee Retention is the final component
of the model, and it is important since it ensures that employees remain with the company for a
long time. Consider how much time, money, and resources go into training a new employee; this
is why it is last, and it all comes back to developing new skills.

• How are you going to implement the model? Enumerate some strategies based on
the model
a. Developing specific talent acquisition strategy
- This is essential to know where the company is on the market and who your competitors
are. You need to come up with an effective plan that addresses what has to be done, where
and how you will find the talent you need to achieve your goals. Building a strong business
brand, promoting your unique company culture, and developing a competitive compensation
package are all aspects to attract and retain employees in the organization.

b. Create talent activation plan


- it’s important to understand that employee engagement surveys, competency models and
other tools for talent activation are designed for the employee and team. This implies that
you have to adapt each of these tools, so they’ll work with real people, time, situations and
goals.

c. Provide proper training and development program


- Employees allows employers allows to pinpoint the knowledge and skills they want their
employees to acquire by providing training and development to them. Training and
development programs can educate employees about new skills or existing skills to enhance
productivity.
d. Designing an Employee Referral Program
- Create a process that is simple to use for employees and that offers rewards and recognition
to encourage employee participation. Referral rules and rewards should be simple to
understand and implement so that an employee doesn’t feel like it would be an extra work.
Another way to encourage more referrals is by giving employees company resources that
make it easier to talk to potential referrals such as company introduction video with employee
and job details can be an effective way for employees to tell others about how good it is to
work at your company.

e. Improve employee compensation strategies


- It’s essential for companies must pay their employees
competitive compensation, which implies that salaries must be
evaluated and adjusted on a regular basis. Employers need to
evaluate and adjust salaries regularly. Even if your business
can't increase pay right now, consider providing alternative
types of compensation, such as bonuses and also improving
health care benefits and retirement plans, which can help raise
