The Philippine National Anthem, “Lupang Hinirang” was

composed by Julian Felipe with lyrics written by Jose Palma.
We sing the national anthem during the flag ceremony and
whenever there is an important event.
There are things to remember when we sing
“Lupang Hinirang.”

1. Stand up straight.
2. Put your right hand on your left chest.
