SCANDAL EVIL
DIVINE PROVIDENCE
• is God Himself considered in that act by which,
in His wisdom, He so orders all events within
the universe, that the end for which it was
created may be realized.
•  under God’s sovereign guidance and control.
VICTORY OVER EVIL
• To give sinners new life, Jesus freely offered
Himself even to death on the cross; this was
the defeat of evil when Satan.
• How do God do this,,, thru Mary we have
Jesus, the Proto Evangelium.
• We are called to love for our own good.
Ways to foster relationship in aspects of our
lives
• Relation to others
- By loving our neighbours
• Relation to society
- by working for the common good
• Relation to material things
- by being responsible in our work knowing what is
essential
• Relation to self
- by being faithful to our true nature as human being
in God’s creation.

Example: A car and a bike are my
means of transportation.
But note these exceptions:
Exceptions:
Breaking and entering is against the law.
The bed and breakfast was charming.

In those sentences, breaking and


entering and bed and breakfast are
compound nouns.
