Insentif finansial (financial incentives) adalah
pemberian pemasukan lebih dan di atas gaji
pokok kepada karyawan individual yang
memenuhi satu standar kinerja individual
spesifik. Bonus di tempat diberikan, umumnya
untuk karyawan individual, atas prestasi yang
belum diukur oleh standar, seperti contoh
mengakui jam kerja yang lama yang digunakan
karyawan tersebut bulan lalu.
