The scope of the study includes factors leading to stress is work pressure, multi
tasking, overtime work, job dissatisfaction, work in group. deadlines, job
rotation, rules and regulation, upgrade of advanced technology, promotion, job
politics, unequal pay etc…

CONCLUSION
It is been found that employees in the particular company are suffering from
stress caused by job dissatisfaction. Thus, the company should adopt new
techniques like counselling , mentoring and training to overcome with the
situation. The company should provide training programme to the employees to
come out of stress and to maintain their personal and professional life.
The company has to help employees to cope up with stress effectively Company
