The scope of the study includes factors leading to stress is work pressure, multi
tasking, overtime work, job dissatisfaction, work in group. deadlines, job

situation. The company should provide training programme to the employees to
come out of stress and to maintain their personal and professional life.
The company has to help employees to cope up with stress effectively Company
can take a measure to overcome the stress by encouraging employees to engage in
more effective personal practice
