CONCLUSION

• PURPOSE: AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION HAS GONE THROUGH LITTLE CHANGE BECAUSE IT SUITED THE
NEEDS OF THE CURRENT TIME PERIOD UNTIL IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR THE PEOPLE AND THE
PROCESS OF CHANGE IS BALANCED BETWEEN THE STATES
