Introduction
• Retrieving a record will be a hard task given
number of medical records present and missing
a record won’t be a surprise in a huge pile of
paper based medical records.

• The researchers observe that most of the time in the Medical
Record Section can’t give client’s request due to huge file of
paper-based medical records, time goes by the information in
paper records gets diminished of ageing paper and ink, addition to
that is the natural disaster that will ruin the archive of paper
records.

• As a solution, in just a few minutes, you can log in to the internet,

and find client’s request and print then give to client. So, it takes
less time to wait and find the patient record in huge file of paper-
based medical records.
General Objectives

• Generally, this study aims to develop and evaluate the

study entitled “A Web-Based Patient Medical Record
Management System for Medical Record Section”.
The study will help the administrator to easily
retrieving the record, manage the patient record by
considering the natural disaster, and maintain the
records without diminished of ageing paper and ink.
