ELECTRIC BIKE SHARING

PROJECT
Performance Management and Scheduling Control project (50 % of
mark). You will need to build by yourself an MS Project file corresponding
to the instructions given in class. The group project has 3 deliverables:
1. Baseline 0 on MS Project: complete with WBS, durations, resources,
work, costs, sequencing etc.
2. Baseline 1: Integrate the (simulated) impacts on the project provided
in class. Show the delays as they have happened and the resulting
impact on the project.
3. Status Update Project: Provide a Word (.doc) report to the project
sponsor (make it look professional) where you explain:
1. Each disturbance on the project and the impact on the overall
project in terms of resources, cost and schedule (i.e.
monitoring).
2. Propose a detailed list of actions to bring the project back on
track (i.e. controlling). Use the 3 approaches seen in class but
explain in detail what you will do (fast-tracking, crashing and de-
scoping). Show screenshots of the Gantt chart and how you
intend to modify it.
