Health Is Wealth3
INTRODUCTION
There is an old saying you have learnt in school ‘health is wealth’.
Very small yet very significant. Because whatever job you are doing
you need to have a good health to flourish in your career and life.
Happiness has got different meaning to different people. Some
people think that they may live happily if they have more money.
But, health is wealth.
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being
and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
health is the general condition of a person in all aspects.
It is also a level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an
organism, often implicitly human.
Health is a resource for everyday life, not the object of living. It is a
positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources as well
as physical capabilities.
