JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for accounting handling as well as generating business for the hotel.
• Able to handle the HR activities along with daily operations to achieve planned
goals.
• Directing the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing
initiatives, financial planning and analysis, and operations excellence.
• Maximize profitability and ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
• Communicate with hotel owners and corporate offices, as required to accomplish
these goals.
• Able to handle domestic & international employees & guests
• Ensuring to maintain decorum of hotel and make guests happy with service.

BREAK-UP of COMPENSATION

• Base Salary : 19,200


• Housing Allowance : 3,500(7%)
• Expatriation Premium : 5,000(10% )
• Social Charges : 4,000
• Pension Program : 3,300 (Compulsory – 3.2% & Voluntary Supplementary –
4.2%)

• Tax Deduction : 15,000 (30% as per rules)


• CTC : €50,000
