This means an entrepreneur is

capital needed to set up a business
fully aware of the risks involved. He
or she plans, organizes, and manages
the business, hires the people to
help run it, and ensures that the
product or service being offered is
sold at a reasonable price in order to
earn.

PERFORMANCE ACTIVITY
1. Ginataang Langka with Pork
Ingredients Instructions
20 oz. unripe jackfruit chopped Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
Once the oil becomes hot, sauté the onion and
10 oz. pork cubed garlic.
2 cups coconut milk Add the pork. Cook until medium brown.
4 pieces chili pepper chopped (optional) Pour the coconut milk in the pan. Let boil. Cover
and simmer for 20 minutes. Add water if needed.
1 medium onion sliced Add the ground black pepper, chili, and fish
1 teaspoon minced garlic sauce. Stir.
1 tablespoon fish sauce Add the jackfruit. Stir and cook for 5 to 7
minutes.
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
2 tablespoons cooking oil Share and enjoy!

2. Polvoron
Ingredients Procedure:
1 1/2 cups powdered milk 1. Toast the flour until brown in color.
Remove from heat. Let it cool.
2 cups all-purpose flour 2. Melt the butter. Set aside.
(toasted) 1 cup sugar 3. Combine powdered milk, sugar, and toasted flour.
3/4 cup melted butter 4. Add the melted butter and mix until well combined. Make
sure
you break the lumps while stirring the mixture.
5. Divide Polvoron mixture if you want to add other flavors (2
tbsp of each like peanuts, cashew, etc.).
6. Press the mold in the Polvoron mixture till you have filled up
the
cavity, it is okay even if it is overflowing a bit.

3. Ginataang Kalabasa
Ingredients
Procedure:
vegetable oil
1. Toast the flour until brown in color.
