Executive Summary
• Business Logo
The word “Livres” in the store’s name is a French word, which means
“Books”. The logo of the store is for people to understand that catchy sign
of books and milk tea cup, which is made to be simple to instill curiosity in
the people’s mind.
Milk Tea Livres is a partnership composed of 6 general partners. The
business is owned and managed by the partners itself. They contribute time,
money and effort for the realization of their dreams which is to become
entrepreneur in the competitive market.
• Vision
To be the first milk tea store in Mangagoy, Bislig City
that will offer different experience than any other milk tea
stores. To be admired for the best tasting products
offered and unique services, and to be one of the
successful store in the year 2023.
• Mission
To inspire our customers by providing them a perfect
milk tea and inspiring books to read. To give them a
relaxing place to stay while enjoying our product and at
the same time, gaining knowledge from our books, and to
serve our customers better than anyone else does.

• Purpose of product
Milk Tea Livres will produce a special milk tea that contains certain
varieties of milk tea that provides a different experience to our wide
readers and milk tea lovers. We will be grateful to our customers for
choosing our unique milk tea that gives enjoyment and time to drink.
• Features
The milk tea will be having different flavors such as
Peanut Bubble Tea, Bourbon Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Oat-
Milk Tea, Winter Melon Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Milk
Tea. There are three different choices in size which is the
regular size, medium and large. Catchy elements and icons
will also be added to its physical appearance.
• Service Process
The customer will order the milk tea flavor that they like to the cashier
and will wait at the table. While waiting for their order, the customer can
read our books in our mini library inside the store for free. When the order is
ready the crew will serve the milk tea with a smile. We will also deliver to
those who ordered online with the minimum of six milk tea cups for free
within Mangagoy area only.

The customers can be broken down into groups of
professionals and non-professionals who find pleasure in
drinking milk tea which is also in demand. In addition to
demographic, 50% of the target market of Milk Tea Livres
are students, both High school and College students in
Mangagoy, Bislig City. This target market has the
approximate population of 20,000. Convincing at least
40% of them, we can sell approximately 8,110 cup
annually. The business does not have any gender and
religion requirements or age bracket as long as we
provide satisfaction to customers.
• Marketing Plan
