we think are most important or most
desirable.

INSTRUMENTAL VALUES – deals with the


views on acceptable modes of conductor

In Ethics, values denotes the degree of importance of


something or in action, with the aim of determining
what actions are best to do or what way is best to live ,
or describe the significance of different actions.

Values system are prospective and prescriptive beliefs;


they affect the ethical behavior of a person or the basis
of their intentional activities.
