given event. If the ideas we proposed do not meet the 18th DEBUT CELEBRATION at this time, kindly let us know
what sort of events would be a better fit, and we will gladly update our recommendations accordingly.

SHELBY’S EVENTS implements a highly artistic and creative company to help start taking an otherwise mundane
event to the next level. We are prepared to make recommendations for improvement and provide you with a great deal
of flexibility to help you figure out how to arrange everything. Based on years of significant experience, our events

SHELBY’S EVENTS, Shelby's Events Company Limited is a full-service company that
manages social and corporate events. It does provide coordination services ranging from
event conceptualization to event sound design, supplying and canvassing of providers,
guest management, and all other details in bringing an idea to life. The following are some

Shelby's Events Company Limited was established in October 2005 as SHELBY'S

EVENTS. Its headquarters are located on Luzon Avenue in Old Balara, Quezon City. The
shop serves as an another event services department in Metro Manila. We have handled
lots of weddings, debuts, and school events to date (Prom Nights, Grad Ball,
Commencement exercise).

Shelby's Events can assist you in organizing event activities, Holiday parties,
group activities, and other occurrences that meet your goals. We respect our
relationships with clients and do what needs to be accomplished properly. Our
company is always in charge of setting up venues, assisting you with buffet
menus, and providing everything you demand on time.
CONCEPT 1: FAIRY TALE THEME  
If your debut celebration themes relate primarily around
princess-y undertones and promises of Happily Ever
After, then a fairytale themed debut does seem to be
ideal. Beautiful ball gowns, crowns, bedecked arches,
and storybook endings are some of the things that
resonate with fairy tale themed debuts. With this in
mind, channel your fantasies into one grand and
elaborate party fit for a princess like you. Belle from
Beauty and the Beasts suggests a lovely theme for your
debut party, use this theme to show off your young,
spirited, and brave side.

CONCEPT 2: PARISIAN
You can never go wrong with a Parisian theme if you
have a romantic side. Add French accents to your party
decors and combine two of your favorite colors to
make your debut party stand out. Oh, and don't forget
to reserve a special spot for the Eiffel Tower. This
should ideally be a location where you and your guests
can take photos.

CONCEPT 3: MASQUERADE   
Make your debut more mysterious and
intriguing by having everyone arrive in
masks. By instructing guests not to remove
their covers until midnight, you can turn your
debut party into a night of fun and
anonymity.

Shelby's Events will cater MARCELO'S 18TH DEBUT CELEBRATION. Rates are based on our interview
process and are subject to change depending on the final packages, options preferred, and visitors count.
Personal Consulting and Planning I, along with my event organizer, will indeed be your personal advisors,
arranging all of your planning needs. We will be accessible from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

DECORATIONS AND INSTALLATION

We will supervise and coordinate the design, decoration, and set-up of your party with our personnel.

ENTERTAINMENT AND MUSIC

We will arrange for the greatest band or Performers to organize your music and entertainment needs.

HOSTING A PARTY
We will take care of your party by providing the best party host who will work with at least two other people
to organize and monitor the flow of the event.

BREAKING DOWN AND CLEANING UP

SHELBY'S EVENTS will still allocate its own crews after the event so that you do not have to worry about
the state of the venue after the party, even if a third party of crews is present.
SITE SELECTION
One Shangri-La Place Convention is designed to cater marvelous and memorable events, that can
accommodate 150 people or more. It is an ideal venue for corporate and social events. Located in

 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
Mr. Aaron Shelby will be responsible for any expenses incurred during the execution of the engagement, including travel
expenses, per stipend, and supplies.

While the provider known as SHELBY'S EVENTS may hire other contractors to help with particular aspects of the
commitment, the provider retains responsibility for carrying out the agreement and will not assign or transfer any ultimate
rights and liabilities to third parties. At the end of each month of engagement, the provider will invoice the client for the
billable hours.

FINAL REMARKS
We are delighted to present this proposal for your consideration once more. Upon acceptance of this proposal, the
provider will draft a comprehensive pricing agreement based on project requirements for your review, which will serve as
the provider and client's project contract.

SUMMARY OF SERVICES

SHELBY’S EVENTS will provide the following event planning services for Mae
Marcelo’s 18th Debut Celebration

•Break down and Clean up
•Hosting
 PAYMENT AND BILLING SCHEDULE
The Marcelo Family has agreed to pay SHELBY'S EVENTS a total of PHP
450,000 for services rendered. To book your event date, this binding
contract, along with a non-refundable retainer fee or deposit of 50% of the
total amount PHP 225,000 to SHELBY'S MANAGEMENT, is required. On
further finalization of the services, the deposit will be deducted from the
total compensation owed by MARCELO'S 18TH DEBUT CELEBRATION.

The outstanding balance of PHP225,000 is due one week prior to the event.
If the balance is not fully paid, the reservation is released, and other clients
will be eligible to purchase it.
