Forecasting: Weekly forecasting is done and customer growth plan is published.


Analytics combine growth plan with historic demand data and market conditions to prepare weekly sales and
procurement forecast at SKU level.
Pricing: Product prices are collected from various markets, a day before the delivery date. This price information
is then used to set the purchase and selling price simultaneously to avoid price risk.
Farmer/Harvesting: Based on the order, the farmer harvests the produce, grades as per Ninjacart quality
standards and brings it to the nearby collection centers.
Collection centres: After arrival, items are checked for quality, weighed and transferred to crates in front of the
farmer to ensure transparency.
The farmer gets a receipt immediately and money is transferred to his bank account in 24 hours.
Items are batched and loaded in the truck enabled with real time tracking .

Fulfillment centers: Items arrive from collection centers to fulfillment centers and then moved to inventory.
They are batched, distribution center wise as per the customer demand using inhouse queuing technology

Distribution centers: After arrival, items are picked and packed as per orders. Mini trucks are loaded and they
reach various retailers. Mobile phones issued to drivers to manage deliveries. They collect empty crates and cash
from customers and deposit in the distribution centres.
