To inform workers who are exposed or may be
exposed to high noise on:

Intermittent noise not exceeding 115 dB(A) at any time.
Impulsive noise not exceeding a peak sound pressure level of 140 dB.

Initial
within 6 months from the date the Regulations take effect.

If there has been a production, process, equipment, control
measures or personnel change in the factory, the occupier
shall conduct additional monitoring within six months from
the date of such change or changes.
